A home-grown, UK based, series of long-distance challenges dedicated to taking mountain biking back into the mountains.
The routes will be published here for anyone to attempt, with supporting information, photographic galleries and GPX files.
This site is currently under construction and, even though all rides in the series have been attempted, not all pages are available to view. However more than half the rides of the series now have pages published and GPX files or mapping for these will be available soon.
The aim of the seven deadly spins is to explore, inspire and progress, therefore the 7ds is a constantly evolving project and pages will be added to and updated with new imagery and information as it is collected.

TUESDAY 10TH APRIL - Rob Lee will be delivering some talks to complement the final aspect of the 7DS project, 7dsLIVE, with the first as part of Endurance Life's The Live More Lectures in Exmoor from 6pm on Saturday 14th April 2012. Rob hopes to inspire others to consider ultra endurance, and will be sharing tips and techniques for taking on one of these challenges. More info here.
